Blow This
On Tuesday Obama told an audience in Nashua, N.H., "You don't blow a bunch of cash in Vegas when you're trying to save for college."
Uh, okay, so exactly how much of the taxpayer's cash are you blowing for your little trip to Las Vegas?
Other cities charge way more than Las Vegas to host conferences and expositions, and people will pay much more to attend them in a city rather than facing the stigma of blowing money in Las Vegas.
Nevada has one of the highest unemployment rates, and Obamm-bamm making statements like that have caused many conferences and expositions to be canceled costing even more jobs and the loss of hundreds of thousands of dollars for the city.
In other words, Fuck Obama. Stay the hell out of the city. I am among many who don't want your ass in town at all.

Good on Oscar. I hope he sticks to his guns.
Mayor Goodman says a meager invitation from the White House won’t heal the damage that was done when President Obama made the comment, "You don't blow a bunch of cash in Vegas when you're saving for college."

Ya, Right....
(CNN) – The leading Democratic challenger to Sen. Jim DeMint has decided to end his short-lived campaign to unseat the conservative South Carolina Republican, citing the need to spend more time with his family.

Futurist?
Thomas Jefferson takes a look at the current administration:
On Obamacare:
Nor do I believe in the welfare system as it sits today:
-
On Obamacare:
To compel a man to subsidize with his taxes the propagation of ideas which he disbelieves and abhors is sinful and tyrannical. You guessed it, I do not believe in Obamacare.
-Thomas Jefferson
Nor do I believe in the welfare system as it sits today:
The democracy will cease to exist when you take away from those who are willing to work and give to those who would not.And what of this indigent care for illegals bullshit?
-Thomas Jefferson
I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them. Not to mention bailing out the car industry and banks:
-Thomas Jefferson
It is incumbent on every generation to pay its own debts as it goes. Those who ignore history and all that...
A principle which if acted on would save one-half the wars of the world.

JEEBUS!!!
Pelosi: 'I don't see the votes' for Sen. health billUh, wait a minute. Didn't she just say a couple days ago something like "Let's remove all doubt, we will have health care — one way or another,"?
So tell me now, Ms Pelosi. How do you like your crow? Roasted? Baked? Fly-blown along the side of the road?

I Couldn't Have Said It Better
So I won't try. This is a quote from spiegel.de:
Center-left daily Süddeutsche Zeitung writes on Thursday:
"Obama made a serious misjudgement. Right at the beginning of his first year in office, he saved the banks, rescued the automobile industry from collapse and passed a huge economic stimulus package. He had hoped that these enormous deeds would give him the space to address those issues which are dearest to him: health care reform, climate change and investment in education."
"Those issues, however, are clearly not priorities for people in the US at the moment. Scott Brown campaigned on two promises, both of which apparently struck a nerve with the electorate. He wants to block health care reform and he wants to find ways to reduce the enormous budget deficit. It is here where the roots of dissatisfaction with Obama are to be found. His reform agenda, in its current form, is highly suspect to Americans. And they have the impression that, if he continues piling up debt, he will be gambling away the country's future."

What A Dude
So let's see here. We have a prez who has ..., what exactly?
Well, to start with he has guaranteed the country will pay more in taxes, while giving untold amounts away to big corporations to try and save the economy. In other words, he has been trying to fuck his way to virginity.
He has raised the hope of "po' folk" and illegal aliens around the country with more welfare and free medical care all the while raising the hair of people who actually work for a living.
This is our leader.
As for his status as a world leader, he has been basically laughed at by China, scoffed at in Denmark, and scuttled by the International Olympic Committee.
As a world leader, he isn't. He's a joke.
So far, he has failed to shove Obamacare and energy bills up our asses, and his party of demo-socialists failed to maintain their 'control' of the senate.
That "Breath of fresh air" obamm-bamm fans were looking for is turning out to be nothing more than a paper bag full of hot air.
At least now, with the election in Massachusetts, there is "Hope" for some "Change".

Cheerio Guvna
Obviously, Obam-bamm and his puppets are more interested in themselves than they are in their constituents. At least our governor is listening to his.
From the office of our governor:
Sad that there has to be internal fighting to get the fuckhead Harry Reid to at least stop and think for a moment that there is a chance that someone, anyone, maybe could possibly be against this bill and the shit the socialist libtards are trying to pull.
If it takes brother against brother here, so be it.

-
From the office of our governor:
GOVERNOR JIM GIBBONS: NEVADA WILL SUE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IF SENATOR REID’S HEALTH CARE DEBACLE BECOMES LAWUh, Gibbons. Don't you mean If he reads it rather than After he reads it?
Carson City- Governor Jim Gibbons today announced that the State of Nevada intends to sue the federal government to stop Senator Harry Reid’s health care plan if it becomes law. “There is nothing healthy about Reid’s health care plan, the first thing it will do is kill Nevada’s economy,” Governor Jim Gibbons said, “and then it will crush the working families of Nevada.”
Governor Gibbons agrees with California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger’s assessment of Reid’s health care fiasco. Governor Schwarzenegger called the legislation “health care to nowhere… that’s infected with bribes, deals and loopholes.”
Reid’s health care plan would cost Nevadans $613,000,000 in increased Medicaid costs alone. It is guaranteed to lead to higher federal and local taxes at a time when Nevadans are struggling to make ends meet.
Attorneys General in 13 States have objected to the sweetheart deal Reid made with Nebraska Senator Ben Nelson which will make the federal government (the other 49 states) pay Nebraska’s increased Medicaid costs forever.
“Senator Reid is treating the citizens of Nevada and other states unfairly,” Governor Gibbons said, “His health care bill is not only ill-conceived, but I believe it is illegal.” The United States Constitution makes numerous references to states having “equal standing”, also duties, imposts and excises are to be “uniform throughout the United States.” “After Senator Reid reads his unhealthy healthcare reform bill, he should read the United States Constitution,” Governor Gibbons said.
Sad that there has to be internal fighting to get the fuckhead Harry Reid to at least stop and think for a moment that there is a chance that someone, anyone, maybe could possibly be against this bill and the shit the socialist libtards are trying to pull.
If it takes brother against brother here, so be it.

The Enemy Within
Neanderpundit sez:
Mind you, I have no problem with that whatsoever. I'm all for it and right there with it. But my confusion lies in the part where we determine what our enemy is, or our enemies are. Or rather, when we determine who our enemies are.
Obviously, like Bubba or Billy-Joe-Ray-Bob, if I see a gawd-damn ragheaded camel fucker walking down the street totin' an AK-47 yammering "Allah akbar", I'll naturally assume he's an enemy.
There is still a ton of apprehension and lack of trust among most Americans toward anyone from "The Sandbox". Me included. Much the same way as I hear it was toward "Japs" back during World War II. They were the enemy. They wanted to kill us. And believe it or not, there are people who still want to do that today! And they're from "The Sandbox"! Of course I don't fucking trust them!
Yes, there are many good people in this country from the middle east who are not trying to kill me or us. I'm not paranoid. But I still have the twinge of distrust when I see a middle easterner I don't know. It's going to take me a long time to get past that if I ever do.
Now most of the country has cooled off a bit since 9-11. But think about it - would anyone even remotely related to anything Islam or Muslim have gotten elected to the White House if by chance they would have ran in November of 2001, or even November of 2002? Quite possibly not even in 2004 when the elections actually took place, 3 years after 9-11.
Would the American people have even remotely tolerated any sort of treaty with many middle eastern countries during that time, after they had deliberately killed thousands of Americans? Why now? Why give them more say as to how we should do our business? We already have nanny-state do-gooders and government agencies dictating how we live our lives, are we going to concede more rights and privileges just to be more tolerable and acceptable to the rest of the world?
My guess is yes. Why? Because it's already happening.
Oh, the takeover of the United States isn't going to be an overnight deal. It's going to take a few months or a few years, but if we keep electing limp-wristed leadership like we - well, not me, but someone - has lately, it will continue to happen. Then guess what? The armed forces - our own military, who are commanded by our government who has made these deals and pacts - will in effect, be under the command of not only our so-called "leaders", but whoever our "leaders" have made these deals with.
The conquering of America isn't going to be from a Blitzkrieg, nor is it going to be storm trooping guerrillas. It's going to be the slow erosion of rights, privileges and self-sufficiency in the form of more laws, more restrictions, more governance, higher taxes, ... basically, less control over our own lives. And it will be enforced by the government who will be controlled by pretty much every other fucking country in the world. Our government, which controls the military, will then be tasked to control America's citizens.
It is quite possible we won't be seeing any towel-headed splody-dopes walking our streets. No, I'm guessing that if things keep going the way they are, it will be our own armed service men and women.
-
"Hey, do you hear that? There are several blogs I read that are also of that mindset; ready to take up arms to defend themselves, their homes, their family, even so boldly stating that they would defend the United States of America against any intruders at the risk of their own lives. And I'm not referring to active duty personnel in any of the branches of service, I'm referring to the average Joe Citizen.
yeah, me neither. Just silence.
There’s a couple types of silence, you know? There’s the silence of a moonlit snowy night, lights off, everyone asleep, like outside right now.
There’s also the silence of a hundred and fifty million Americans, safeties off, waiting for the first shot to be fired."
Mind you, I have no problem with that whatsoever. I'm all for it and right there with it. But my confusion lies in the part where we determine what our enemy is, or our enemies are. Or rather, when we determine who our enemies are.

So That's How It's Done!
Congress raises debt ceiling to $12.4 trillionLike your average credit card, when you've maxed it out you call them up and get the credit limit raised!
Gee whiz. And all this time I was under the impression that once you reached a limit you were done. That's it. No more credit. Wrong! You simply raise the limit!

I guess that money to pay for the healthcare reform has to come from somewhere:

The "O"ne Gets To See Santa
Santa: HO-HO-HO!!! Come here and sit on my knee. Have you been a good... Shit. It's you.
T.O.T.U.S.: Hiya Santy! Lemme tell ya what I want for Kwan- er, Christmas!
Santa: So tell me, have you been a good boy this - wait a minute. Let's forget the canned response here. That 'B-' you gave yourself? That was a stretch. Shoulda bee an "F", for Fuckup. And you said it with a straight face. Okay, get on with it. Whaddya want?
T.O.T.U.S.: I want the healthcare bill passed, I want to get the troops out of bumfuck middle east, I want socialism, I want a new set of drapes for the Oval Office, I want eleventy-trillion more dollars ...
Santa: Huh? A new set of drapes?
T.O.T.U.S.: Yeah. Michelle keeps making dresses out of all the fucking drapes and sofa covers in the White House.
Santa: Ah. True dat. I think I can swing that.
T.O.T.U.S.: And what about the rest?
Santa: You mean the same shit you were promising the American people during your presidential campaign?
T.O.T.U.S.: Yeah. All that shit.
Santa: Well how do you expect me to do all that?
T.O.T.U.S.: Pull it out of your ass? Like I would?
Santa: Let's start with the healthcare. You people are ramming that through against the will of the majority of the population. How can you justify that?
T.O.T.U.S.: Fuck 'em. We know more about running this country than they do. They're a bunch of idiots. They don't understand.
Santa: And the troops?
T.O.T.U.S.: Well, see, that shit sounds good on the campaign trail, but the reality is after you learn what's going on over there, you just can't up and leave. See, that's something else the American people don't understand. Fuck 'em.
Santa: The American people think that if we weren't wasting all that money on a war it could be used for healthcare.
T.O.T.U.S.: Yeah, well they're idiots. How many jobs would be lost if we all of a sudden didn't need all those soldiers and contractors? And besides. It's all Bush's fault.
Santa: Bush's fault?
T.O.T.U.S.: Yes. He started the war to get the oil.
Santa: The oil that causes the "Global Warming™"?
T.O.T.U.S.: Shuddup.
Santa: What about the eleventy-trillion dollars?
T.O.T.U.S.: Taxes baby. There are too many unemployed people who need money, and there are too many employed people who have too much. They need to share their wealth.
Santa: But if you give away all the extra money you say those people don't need and give free money, healthcare and housing to people who don't make money, why should people continue working and pay for people who don't?
T.O.T.U.S.: Shuddup. It's all Bush's fault.
Santa: So then why do you think that the government, who can't seem to run a decent delivery service - keep it from going broke, or veteran's administration healthcare service - keep it from going broke, or a social security system - keep it from going broke, would be good at running a public/socialized healhcare system?
T.O.T.U.S.: Shuddup. It's Bush's fault.
Santa: You know what, you're a liar and a cheat. You're getting a lump of coal in your stocking. That's it!
T.O.T.U.S.: B-b-but the carbon! The pollution! The EPA!
Santa: Next.
T.O.T.U.S.: B-b-but Santa!
Santa: NEXT!
T.O.T.U.S.: Bush's fault I tell you!
Santa: NEEEEEXT!!!

Makes Me Wonder
I'd like to pose a question to the self-righteous fucktards 'representing' us, our senators. They obviously don't represent us since they're ramrodding shit through the White House against popular opinion, but I digress.
This is a question about ObamaReidKennedyCare.
Let's say "Hoover" the crack whore gets knocked up and now wants an abortion.
She has been a regular user of all sorts of chemicals for years, including booze, illicit narcotics, and Salem Menthols. The odds that this woman will calf out any semblance of a normal, healthy child are what, the same as Obamm-bamm sucking Dubya's dick?
If by chance that kid does make it full term without ending up in the toilet first, it will probably come out as some brain-dead, deformed mass of flesh that has absolutely no chance of self-sufficiency let alone survival, for more than a few days or maybe even a few minutes.
The bitch is on welfare, has been for years, so she damn well doesn't have any private insurance, nor will she, so she will be one of the many "poor, unemployed, helpless, downtrodden, held back by The Man, blah blah blah" enrollees of ObamaReidKennedyCare.
So my question is, would it be so bad or wrong for ObamaReidKennedyCare to pay for Hoover's abortion? Should they just deny it and let her give birth to another senator?

From The 'No Shit' Files
Has Southern Nevada seen any stimulus jobs? This Southern Nevada and Clark County to which they refer to includes Las Vegas, Henderson, Mesquite, Laughlin, as well as a few other little piss-ant towns scattered around the desert. They all add up to a population of around 1.9 million according to the U.S. Census Bureau.
Southern Nevada has about 13% unemployment, which add up to around 247,000 people. So 250 jobs for 247,000 people.
Nice. That ends up being .1% (1 tenth of one percent!) of all the unemployed people here now have a job since $60,000,000 came our way.
$240,000 each, for a job that will last 6 weeks to 1 year. That's an expensive fucking employee.
I can't decide if our portion is considered a drop in the bucket or a whole lotta feel good hot air coming from the idiots in Washington. I'm going to go out on a limb here and just say "both".

Exactly
Why they fell for the global warming hoax
They called us Global Warming Holocaust Deniers — sneered at us, snarked at us, and snubbed us.
None of them bothered to read “The Emperor’s New Clothes.”
I have no time for paybacks or saying I told you so.
But pay attention to why they fell for this billion-dollar hoax which almost became a trillion-dollar tragedy.
1. The pseudo-intellectuals fell for it because none of them ever cracked a science book.
2. The policy wonks fell for it because it gave the government more control.
3. The bleeding hearts fell for it because they always want to save the Earth.
4. The communists fell for it because it portrayed capitalists as destroying the Earth to make money.
5. The capitalists fell for it because they saw a new way to make money.
6. The Hollywood crowd fell for it because it made their pampered lives seem to have a meaning and purpose.
7. The newspapers fell for it because it was new.
8. The teachers fell for it because it was a new thing to teach the children to teach their parents.
9. The children fell for it because they wanted to show how well they are doing in school.
10. The parents fell for it because they wanted their children were doing so well in school and they wanted to be supportive.
11. The utility companies fell or it because they can raise rates.
12. The Nobel Peace Prize committee fell for it because Al Gore should have won in 2000.
13. The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences fell for it because Al Gore should have won in 2000.
14. The National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (Grammys) fell for it because Al Gore should have won in 2000.
15. The 30,000 scientists fell for it because while it was not in their field of study, they wanted to be supportive of science.
The only people who didn’t fall for it were we mouth-breathing, Bible-thumping, beer-guzzling, cousin-humping, baby-bumping, overfed, inbred, illiterate, gun-clinging, buck-toothed, trailer-park-living, truck-driving, ATV riding, Wal-mart shopping, knuckle-dragging, military-supporting, ain’t-recycling, patriotic, homophobic, xenophobic, sexist, racist hillbillies with cooties.

Well, I know he's fucking stupid, but way to go Reid. Use every chance you can muster to get that "Race Card™" on the table.
Oh yes, and let's throw the Women's Rights issue on the pile too.

No Shot For You!
This is too gawddam important. The word needs to spread. And even though I am but a tiny zit on the ass of the blog world, my blog voice shall utter these uh, ... utterances:
See, one of the things the fuckheads in the senate are trying to do here is not necessarily implement any real changes, but rather not implement any changes, then endow the power upon yet another fucking czar granting them unlimited authority by virtue of congressional approval.
So yes. Taxes will increase for everyone. And I mean every-fucking-one, not just "The Rich™". We'll see it in higher prices for goods and services even if it isn't a particular line item on the pay stub.
Rates will increase for already already covered individuals, while coverage will decrease.
Uninsured will have minimal coverage, but their lifestyle as well as medical treatments will be dictated by the Death Czar.
This fucked up shit is being steamrolled up our asses by politicians who have more interest in furthering their careers than they do in their constituents desires and everyone is going to pay dearly.

And on and on...
HHS would become federal giant under Senate plan
See, one of the things the fuckheads in the senate are trying to do here is not necessarily implement any real changes, but rather not implement any changes, then endow the power upon yet another fucking czar granting them unlimited authority by virtue of congressional approval.
So yes. Taxes will increase for everyone. And I mean every-fucking-one, not just "The Rich™". We'll see it in higher prices for goods and services even if it isn't a particular line item on the pay stub.

Well, he may be living here legally now, but he's living in public housing, and he's more than likely illegally holding the office.

Rhetorical Headline
From Hotair.com: Will Washington shooting damage Huckabee bid?
Answer: Yes. In fact it will end his political career. Everyone makes mistakes but this one was a doosey. I though, until today, he had a real chance of being the next POTUS. He presents well, seems (or seemed) to have his head on straight, and has a pleasant persona but as of this morning he's just another ignorant politician.
Oh well.
